1. Main event space only (Empty Space):

• Outside Rental company furnishings allowed

2. Room with Chairs and Tables:
• Description: The venue includes standard chairs and tables set up for the event.
• This package provides essential furnishings, making it convenient for clients who need basic setup.

3. Room with Chairs, Tables, and In-House Sound System:
• Description: The venue includes chairs, tables, and an in-house sound system suitable for presentations and small performances.
• This package is ideal for events requiring audio support without the need for external sound equipment.

4. Room with Chairs, Tables, and Third-Party Sound Company:
• Description: The venue includes chairs and tables, with the client arranging for an external sound company to provide audio equipment and support.
• This option allows clients to customize their audio setup, potentially at a higher cost due to the involvement of a third-party provider. (Speakers/ Full Band/ DJ)

Additional Considerations:
• Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of $100 may be applicable, depending on the event's scale and requirements. (Client Must Leave the room the way it was when they came in.)
• Security Deposits: A non-refundable security deposit of 50% is required to hold the space. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival and no later. Can be charged to cover potential damages.
• Package Flexibility: Offer customizable packages to cater to different event needs and budgets.
• Additional Services: Consider providing optional add-ons like catering, AV equipment, and event coordination to enhance our offerings.

Option B

1. Base Room Rental (No Tables, Chairs, or Engineering Support):
• Capacity: 150 people (theater set-up)
• Description: Rent the auditorium room with no tables, chairs, or any audio/visual setup.
Ideal for clients who only need the space and are bringing their own equipment or team.
• Weekend Rate Increase: + for Friday or Saturday bookings
◦ Weekend Rate: for Friday or Saturday bookings

2. All-Inclusive Package (Tables, Chairs, Sound Team, and Full Setup):
• Capacity: 150 people
• Description: This package includes everything you need:
◦ Tables & Chairs for 150 people
◦ Sound Team to set up and operate the sound system
◦ AV Equipment (if applicable, specify additional equipment included here)
• Weekend Rate Increase: + for Saturday or Sunday bookings
◦ Weekend Rate: for Saturday or Sunday bookings

Booking Terms and Conditions:
• Booking Duration: Full day rentals (typically 8 hours)
◦ Additional Hours: Will there be a per-hour charge for extending the booking?
(e.g., per additional hour)
• Deposit: A deposit to secure booking (e.g., 50% of the total cost)
• Payment: remaining 50% of total cost is due at arrival and no later.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 7 business days in advance. Deposits are not refundable.

Base Room Rental (No Equipment Included)

Rate: $99 per hour
• Minimum Booking: 2 hours
Description: Rent the room for podcasting or recording without any additional equipment (just the space).

Content Room

Description: Full Green Screen and Content creation space made for creators. Editing work desk, furniture props, and basic lighting

Room Rental with Equipment (Microphones, Mic Stands, Wires)
