Common Ground Economic Development Inc. is a federal and state tax-exempt registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2025. The organization has clean standing with the IRS and maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. GWAP is our coffee with a cause social enterprise program under the nonprofit’s umbrella, with all revenue directly supporting the organization’s charitable mission and programs.
