BOOKING DETAILS

Our main event space features:

Duration: Full day rentals (8 hours) with additional hours at $100/hour

Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date

Final Payment: Remaining balance due seven days prior to the event

Cancellation: Must be made 7 business days in advance (deposits non-refundable)

Cleaning: $200 fee may apply depending on event requirements

House Rules: No smoking in the venue; space must be returned to original condition
